How do I book an appointment?

We offer a wide range of skin treatments including acne treatment, pigmentation correction, rosacea management, anti-ageing therapies, and overall skin health maintenance. Hydrafacial, Luxury facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED Therapy and micro-needling are the methods we use.

You can book an appointment through our bookings page on the website, by calling our clinic, or by email. On arrival please park on the drive and ring the bell located by the back gate. Access to the clinic is through the garden gate.

We have a pregnancy facial available. Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding so we can tailor your treatment plan accordingly.

We use high-quality, medical-grade products by AlumierMD that are clinically proven to be effective and safe for all skin types. We pride ourselves with the top brands we work with such as AlumierMD, Hydrafacial and Dermalux. We stock AlumierMD skincare in the clinic which is available to purchase.

The frequency of treatments varies depending on your specific skin concerns and the treatment plan recommended by your specialist. Typically, treatments are scheduled every 4-6 weeks.

Our treatments are designed to be enjoyable and minimally invasive. Some treatments may cause slight discomfort such as micro-needling, but we prioritise your comfort and can provide options to numb the skin.

Treatment times vary depending on the procedure. Most sessions last between 60 and 75 Minutes.

Side effects are generally minimal and temporary, such as slight redness or swelling. Your specialist will discuss any potential side effects with you before starting the treatment. While adverse events are rare they do occur and prompt treatment is necessary. You must contact us immediately.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments through our website. We require a 30% deposit to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100%. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by The Glow Skin Clinic.

If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, laser, peels, or microneedling, we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.

Yes VIPs receive monthly discounts when signing up for 6 months and will get priority booking. If your payments fail your membership will be cancelled and you are required to pay back the discounted rates and any complementary treatments that were part of your membership.

Booking at The Glow Skin Clinic


When you visit The Glow Skin Clinic for the first time, we’ll begin with a skin analysis to evaluate your skin and prepare it for advanced treatments if necessary.


Booking Information: 

Bookings go through Fresha, the book now link will take you to the bookings page. You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special needs when making your appointment. 


Facial Memberships:

Consistency is key, that's why we have created a VIP membership that will keep your skin glowing. VIPs receive monthly discounts when signing up for 6 months and will get priority booking. If your payments fail your membership can not be cancelled and you are required to pay back the discounted rates and any complementary treatments that were part of your membership.
 
Advanced Procedures: 

If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, peels, or microblading, we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.
 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100%. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by The Glow Skin Clinic.
 

No Show:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior communication will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost, and we won’t be able to accept future bookings.
 

Running Late:
If you’re running late by more than 10 minutes, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened, with the full treatment cost still applicable, or rescheduled.
 

Silent Appointment:
For those who prefer a tranquil appointment without conversation, simply let us know in the ‘comments’ box when booking online or send us a message. We want you to relax and fully enjoy your treatment without any pressure to engage in conversation.
 

Payment:
We accept both cards and cash. If you plan to pay with cash, kindly bring the exact amount.
 

Patch Testing:
Certain treatments may require a patch test 5 days prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and avoid any adverse reactions.
 

Gift Cards:
Our gift cards are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. They are exclusively for treatments, must be used by a single individual in one visit, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A fee applies for gift card collection or delivery.
 

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you’re dissatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

Product Returns:
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase.
 

Health & Safety:
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is our priority. Please note that minors and pets are not allowed in the clinic.
 

Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
 

Rights of The Glow Skin Clinic:
We reserve the right to adjust treatment prices as needed to stay relevant and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, we may modify or remove treatments as necessary.
 

Privacy:
Your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and securely stored. We collect and manage this information in compliance with UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
